Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At EverGrowth Global LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), customer satisfaction is our highest priority. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products purchased from any of our e-commerce brands and request a refund. Each brand within our portfolio may have specific return guidelines tailored to its product category — please also refer to the individual brand's return policy at the time of purchase.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
• Perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products
• Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable content
• Intimate apparel, swimwear, and hygiene-sensitive products
• Items that have been altered, damaged by the customer, or show signs of use

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at hello@evergrowthglobal.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
2. Receive a Return Authorization — Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
3. Ship the item — Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided, including the RMA number on the outside of the package
4. Confirmation — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

4. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and would like to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at hello@evergrowthglobal.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and either issue a full refund or send a replacement at our expense.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@evergrowthglobal.com and we will investigate promptly.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.
